I have a gift card! How do I apply it?

At checkout there will be a place to enter your gift card code.

Oh no! The product I want is out of stock, will it be back in time for the Holidays?

I ordered something and it's still not here!

Someone is in our office Monday - Friday filling your orders! If you ordered Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday - the order will not go out until Monday at the earliest. 

It's been longer than the weekend - when can I expect my order?

Send us an email at with your order number. Sometimes we are waiting on incoming stock. We'll be able to give you an update though!

My tracking information is telling me it's invalid/not found...

It takes about 24 hours for USPS and FedEx systems to update their tracking information. Check back later, and if it's still not working - feel free to contact us, and we'll figure out where your order is.

When do I need to order by to get it by December 24th*?
