I have a gift card! How do I apply it?

I ordered something and it's still not here!
Someone is in our office Monday - Friday filling your orders! If you ordered Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday - the order will not go out until Monday at the earliest.
It's been longer than the weekend - when can I expect my order?
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Sometimes we are waiting on incoming stock. We'll be able to give you an update though!
My tracking information is telling me it's invalid/not found...
It takes about 24 hours for USPS and FedEx systems to update their tracking information. Check back later, and if it's still not working - feel free to contact us, and we'll figure out where your order is.
