We know that even the most committed like to switch it up. The world can make you feel ashamed for "not having the discipline" when really that's not it at all. As healthy humans, we crave variety, so embrace that! The fittest people don't just grind through 24/7. They have a small arsenal of exercises and routines so they can switch it up every month or every couple of months to keep themselves engaged.
Jumping, landing, and balance are all intuitive movements for humans, but we've frankly lost our way. Long periods of sitting and inactivity have weakened our stabilizer and main muscle groups to the point where many of us suffer from back and knee pain, fear of instability, or even need to use our hands to stand up from a chair. This program addresses all that in a time-efficient 20 minutes per day.
Best of all, the exercises are fully explained, and there is an easy chart for tracking your progress and letting you know when to Jump Ahead™ to the next level.
