Returns Policy

If we messed up on your order, your return will be processed and fixed free-of-charge as long as the original item is sent back in brand-new quality.

We  you for being patient.


 

For Shoes: your item(s) must:

  • Be in brand-new condition
  • Be returned to American Parkour within 30 days of your receipt of the item
  • Will be charged a $5 restocking fee

Please choose a shipping method with tracking as American Parkour cannot be responsible for receipt of items which do not have tracking. We will not issue refunds for materials we do not receive, and your protection and guarantee of this is to use shipping with tracking. 

Unfortunately, shipping costs will not be refunded. We wish we were as awesome as Amazon.com when it came to refunding shipping, but we're not... yet.


 

For All Clothing Items, For any Reason: (eg. you didn't like the clothes, it didn't fit, your dog ate the package*) your item(s) must:

In order to be credited properly, you must include your form from the back of your invoice. (Please print clearly, this helps us a lot.) If you do not have the form, we can provide a copy: please email cs@americanparkour.com with your request.

 


 

Exchanges:

We ask that you simply place a new order for the gear or merchandise that you would like, this way it can be sent to you immediately. As soon as we receive your returned merchandise we will credit whatever payment method you used as per the above terms.

* If your order is devoured by ravenous zombies, we will consider replacing the item, free-of-charge. Of course, we will need photographic evidence of the zombie in question. Good luck. It is important to note that American Parkour cannot more highly recommend that you not engage with zombies at any time; should you find yourself facing a horde of incredibly hungry zombies, we strongly advise running for your life. Remember rule #34.
